After the events of 9/11 Callagenix set up two services that would:
- Enable staff to call free of charge, listen to the latest crisis information and to leave a message informing the company of their whereabouts and status. Staff messages were then accessed by the Crisis Management Team, either via the web, email, or by phone.
- Upon a disaster being declared at their city office, all calls made to their London number are routed through to staff working from homes, mobiles or other offices.
